Plastic Formwork Hire is a family-owned and founded Australian company, with production and manufacturing facilities based in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

The product was conceived by Trevor Davis after three decades in the industry cleaning cement residue and corrosion from used inner and outer manhole steel forms, and constantly being asked to repair bent, twisted, rusted-through and otherwise damaged sections of steel formwork. He began exploring more efficient and cost-effective ways of achieving the same, if not better, results.
